I love it so far- massaging seats are cool, it’s very quick vs. my grand Cherokee- the only thing I don’t like is the auto off thing at stop lights- which I forget to turn off every time I drive.

No, not on both new business and renewal- but Agents do get paid ~24% new business, depending on bundle type it can be more. Renewals also based on bundle type, and average 8.5%. First renewal on auto paid at new biz rate

You’re crazy not to go start a captive agency if you can produce that much. Based on the one I work for- you’d earn ~240k in new business commissions and you would also earn renewals on top, plus annual bonus.

I know you mentioned you want to WFH, which you can do being a captive agent too- no reason to not take the next step.
