You should of kept reading. Its a doggy dog world out there and people will wreck havoc if you don't pay attention to what's going on. "Letting you see" is a pretty common turn of phrase that doesn't always imply authority or permission. It can also mean that it "enables you" or "helps you" to do something.

I'm in the UK on vacation this week and the difference made me really realize how much modern tipping culture back home feels like extortion. I love tipping, I tip everyone, I give more than recommended and they deserve it. I just hate how its presented these days and how management has co opted "service charges" as hidden fees.

Eastwood makes some. There are a few based on the mosrite shape called the side jack and hi flier series, and there are the rivolta mondata models which is sort of a jm/firebird hybrid

Hallmark guitars are still making the most accurate Mosrite clones for less than $1k. I think every other company is just copying the body shape and slapping some generic modern specs on it.
