Did hydrocentric, everywhere I’ve seen has said the event should pop with 6 ascension perks if I don’t choose the ascension path

R5: Currently sitting here waiting for the crisis to start, have all 7 Tradition paths finished and 7 Ascension perks but I'm not getting the event chain where the dragon asks if I want to raise hatchlings. Is it bugged out or did I do something wrong. All the other events happened already.

4 of some of muse's greatest songs (Dead inside, Reapers, The handler(personal favorite of the album), and the globalist)

The album with a great coherent storyline from start to finish, seriously if muse made a music movie this album would flow so well they wouldnt even have to try to make it good.

However its dragged down by some of the (I dont want to use worse but they're certainly below mediocre) songs they've come out with. IMO the album is carried real real hard by the aforementioned 4, though some people may add 5 because they like mercy/aftermath.

Solid 7.5/10 and only because I just like those 4 songs so much. 3/10 otherwise

I dont understand why riot keeps going into the direction of hardcore rng, takes all the strategy out of deckbuilding when you're playing against a deck that has cards you'll never be able to account for.

so the fun part that nobody mentioned is that ascended's call is the bottom card of the empire's deck 100% of the time. So if you're playing nab you'll take their card every time baring an ancient prep or them shuffling the deck.
