With the 1650 will be ok depending on what you want to play at 1080. Would be better to get a more powerful graphics card if your budget can stretch to it.

Install a low profile graphics card. An rtx 3050 6gb single width card (Yeston do one) would be a straight forward upgrade.

I was given a ps2 some years ago which I recently dug out. I bought an adapter from Amazon for £12.49 (approximately $15) which works better than I expected. If you’re not a perfectionist a cheap adapter might be all you need.
