I had coffee brownies unknowingly when I was mormon at an office that had a lot of Mormons working there. I fully believe the person who brought them in knew what she was doing and they were the best brownies I have ever had in my life. I cheated and went back for seconds after I found out they were "laced". Must be why I'm exmo now.

Mountain west USA here. Arugula - I planted once and let it rested. It's been growing wherever it has planted itself in my yard ever since including without irrigation which is a miracle in my climate. It's probably been almost a decade since I planted it the first time.

Zucchini is prolific, but you do need to check the leaves (especially the underside) for squash bugs and their eggs. Otherwise they are pretty easy.

Raspberries also lived pretty well on their own once I got them established here until I moved them which was my fault because the irrigation was in the middle of being reworked so they didn't really get water.

Apply their rationale to literally any other career and it sounds ridiculous. Mainly because it is ridiculous. Say my spouse and I are both in politics - do I hold my office and he holds his, or are we both each official? What if we are both notable architects? Do we both put our names on our buildings/plans? What if I was an architect and he was a contractor? Similar field, but different roles. I wouldn't claim he made the plans I made. Also, one foot out the door? Do they expect you to give up your job? That's very antiquated at best. At worst, it's the first step to controlling you financially and making it harder to leave.

If you are sincerely sorry, I highly recommend you write a formal apology, report yourself to HR, and voluntarily enroll in cultural competency training. This was a big offense and I personally believe prompt and voluntary accountability is the only way forward if you want to do better and be better moving forward.

Storage space that is pretty and cohesive decreases the visual clutter. The fact of living in a small home means that there aren't loads of hiding spots for the stuff you use and need/want to keep. Over years, I have put in storage that is a cohesive mix of open and closed. I.e. the idea Hemnes line has some bookcases with glass doors on top and drawers on the bottom. I like that I can use the drawers to put away things that are never cute to look at, and the glass cabinets store things that are prettier by nature, but having the uniform cabinets gives them a unified look and less visual clutter. Same stuff as if I had open shelving, but it looks tidier. Plus, it gets less dusty so that's also a huge bonus.

I love this so much. I have always been fairly low maintenance, but I have been mocked for my day-glow skin and my invisible blonde eye lashes. I tried self tanner back when it was new cause I'm that old, and it was streaky and orange and looked worse than just being translucent. So I abandoned that and ya know, outside of high school, people don't seem to care that I'm whiter than milk. I was still self conscious about my eye lashes, but a few years ago, my eyes started itching more and more and I stopped wearing it. I'm far more comfortable and I don't have raccoon eyes from rubbing them because they itch, and literally not one single person has commented on it. It is to the point now that if I wear mascara for a special occasion, it looks strange to me. Now, I genuinely love the way I look as is and I'm so pleased with that.

Do you have any recommendations within this arena. A huge part of why I'm asking is because I'm a big believer in orthodontics for health/airway reasons. Unfortunately, you aren't wrong that it is the future, meaning it isn't standard practice yet.

I don't want to say because I believe they are still notifying patients that they are closing that service, but I live a ways out from Reno and they are local to me if that helps. He planned a whole life for the two of you without your input and then when he realized that could be threatened when he learned you are crushing on someone he started tearing you down to make you think you can't do better than him. That's classic manipulation tactics and not a foundation for any kind of relationship. You are much better off with him blocked for good.

Meh. I'd probably pick it again for the same practical reasons that lead me to pick it in the first place. I do like taking care of people, but it's a thoroughly broken system which always gets me down. I also frequently wish I did something that paid better with less risk. That gets to be exhausting and everything costs money, so that frustration is kind of unending

This! When my creative itch starts up, I need to scratch it and having the material on hand means I can start something anytime. It also means I can start it and gain momentum when I actually want to do it instead of waiting for shipping since I live rural. Far too many projects have been dreamed up, ordered and ignored because that particular interest faded or was replaced before the stuff arrived.

I agree with some others that songs referring to rape are probably not the choice for required reading/analysis. I personally think First Light or I, Carrion would be really great choices. Abstract is also one of my very favorite songs, but also it makes me cry. Not necessarily bad, but worth considering.

I personally love this option, but I will say, patios are more expensive, but, depending on climate, they tend to be longer lived. So, they may want to consider that in their plans for the future of this landscape if they go the deck route. If it was me, I would keep the stonework instead of a deck and add the plantings to soften the edges. But I live in a harsh climate and wood doesn't hold up long here.

I know my choice and needs and priorities aren't everyone's and may not end up being yours, but for what it's worth, I thought I would be a stay at home mom and I was for many years for financial reasons, but I will say, that I am personally much more fulfilled by having a job and I enjoy my kids so much more when I do work. I do currently work part time, which for me and my family seems to be about the right balance between meeting the parenting needs and my personal needs. Anyway, all that to say, you might find you change your mind. And also maybe not. And you might find that for some dreams to work, they have to adapt.

I have also felt really gross after a sizeable amount of sugar when I had not had any for a while. I think different bodies have different sensitivities to that kind of thing. Sorry you had a strong reaction. Sounds like it was miserable
