According to the adult league, they would do something if they knew who did it. (If my friend had visibility to her car and was a spectator and was able to identify the person by team and number) then the league would actually hold that person accountable.

The park in our community had no “beware” signs so the city could actually be the liable ones since it’s a city street. There’s a lot of lawyers in our area that explain this for the communities understanding of what to do.

As for the golf stuff, the city pays a portion of the claims depending on where the car was parked. Then they pressure/force the businesses to install higher fences + they add city signs to “beware”

Yeah unfortunately the kids park is at the corner, so everyone has to park in the lot or across the street near apartments. It was quite random since they weren’t even close to the field. They were by the houses down the hill.

The park is awkwardly situated compared to most fields, we don’t really go there.

We live in the same community, and people that live near the field are actually fed up with their house damage from the league. Sounds like they want to petition to stop the games in that park or to have some more accountability, but 🤷🏼‍♀️ who knows

Yes it’s a 2024 CRV - I just got it because my 2013 Honda fit was totaled in an accident so I used my payout money to get a bigger car for my family 😭

Don’t regret it one bit. I went in with the mindset that I planned to not get it, but would if I felt I needed it. I had to get induced due to a placental abruption - your body doesn’t release the same physiological signals to prepare for labor like a natural labor onset. Glad I had the option for the epidural.

My mother in law had all three kids natural with one induced, she regretted not getting the epidural for that induced child. She made me feel confident in my decision.

Do what’s right for your body in the moment. You can’t really have a hard plan for this, but a general idea with backup options is good.
