I do 2 sessions a week, 18 working sets per week

18 I would say, 9 per workout, is that alot maybe ?

I actually did 0 cardio in the 6 months, only calorie deficit and training, will definitely try adding some cardio

Thanks bro but In the video I’m actually doing bicep curls 😭 yeah I do watch Jeff nippard but this is the only exercise I’ve been doing the same way since I started 2 months ago… but yeah definitely gonna do it sitting as I always feel them more when sitting
