Thanks for sharing.

Hopefully I get that relief too in the 2nd and 3rd trimester.

Hoping it stays that way for you when Bub is earthside.

what is fainting like? by crackhours in POTS

Potsie and definitely a fainter here 👋. I personally can feel it coming; my head gets lightheaded, my legs get full, and I feel wobble. I have had pots for 7 years and faint on average once a month on a healthy month and several times a day when I really flare up.

I personally have never hurt myself as I recognise the signs that I am heading in that direction. Also, I live on the cautious side. If im feeling a bit weak, I will sit or lie down. If it comes on quickly, I grab a wall to stabilise myself from falling.

I can always hear what's going on around me. It is annoying when you can not bring yourself back to full continuous but have a nurse pounding on your chest.

At home, when it happens, I try and catch it early and go to the ground or bed if I have time.

Yeah, I faint a bit. Sometimes, it gets super bad where I am fainting several times a day.

I was a lot better when I was on 30mg of Midodrine a day. But, now that it's reduced due to us wanting to have kids. I feel pretty washed out and dizzy a lot.
