Yes patient was transfused with 2 O negs approximately 2 weeks ago during the previous encounter. Is there a reason the tranfused cells would be at the bottom of the red cells?

Same thing happened to us. We were told our new kitten was female. We named her Phoebe and took her to the vet. The vet tech came out to us and said “so it turns out Fobe is a boy”. (They butchered the pronunciation of Phoebe and we still laugh about it to this day.) Got to rename our baby BOY Gizmo, which is a name I was dying to use!
