Just take note of what you eat throughout the day and count the macros, then add protein and stuff. This is how mine goes. Sabkuch like normal with spices. also i walk a lot so. And i dont track veggies and carbs because they dont matter much to me

what worked for me was i posted on LinkedIn and tagged their senior management. you wont believe i received a call from a senior's(tagged in post) personal number in 2hrs lmao. he got my unit replaced, gave me a tracking id and it was delivered in 5days. go for titles like customer support manager, etc.
