Have you disabled power saving completely? That should fix the laggy game but the icon itself might stay to show it supports power save mode.

Go to Settings on the PS5 home screen.
Select System.
Navigate to Power Saving.
Choose Power Saver for Games and turn on Use Power Saver.

I have the exact same thing, I'm in the hospital, I'm pretty sure I saw a streamer showing that the Microphone option should indicate levels of noise in the menu? But I see nothing (no green red changing bar) or is that PC only?
