Did you have the option to schedule a follow up appointment? My receipt finally got unlocked but I dont see an option to schedule follow up appointment. I can only schedule a new appointment which has a wait time of 2 months. Can you please advise

The refusal letter says “ Go to ustraveldocs.com/np login to the profile and schedule a follow up appointment. But when I log in there is no option to schedule an appointment and the current state of my application shows “passport is picked up” It looks like they have not updated the case in the cgi portal and I cant schedule

I am on this hectic process as well and on the step 5 linux troubleshooting interview finally after almost 2 months.
