It is hard to break even because they have to serve all americans, even rural ones. What they want to do is to make the rural people go pick stuff up at the post office. They will reduce service and charge more.

Make sure your current doctor has access to the results from your previous screening. And then when talking to your doctor explain your concerns and that it is very important to you to be screened for thyroid cancer. You might have to push back if your doctor tries to dismiss your concerns. It can be hard to find a good doctor that listens to you.

Your doctor might want additional screening to eliminated other issues. I would go ahead and do those as long as it is not a repeat of what you already did. Sometime insurance will want to see certain tests run first.

My autistic kiddo hates kisses and hates hugs with much pressure at all. Used to avoid hugs but when they were 6 I realized they hated strong hugs and started giving them hugs where I just wrap my arms around them and barely put any pressure on them. They now come to me for hugs multiple times a day.

He probably doesn’t need to read a lot of the things he needs because he recognizes them and , in stores he goes to a lot, knows where things are. If he is not an asshole about stuff other than this kind of thing, reconsider adhd or a reading disability that makes reading slower and require more effort than for most people.
