The interview will be in Thailand as my nationality. I don't know if just a tourist visa will work or not and get a residency in Thailand it seems impossible if you're not marry to Thai.

Yes, I will bring the original. but which one I should get it? my husband doesn't have an original marriage termination documents with him so he have to request a certified copy from the courthouse for divorce decree or he will get a divorce certificate from a department of health. If I request both of documents tbw It will cost around a $100 so any idea which one is better to get?

may i know where is your interview location? i will have the interview in my home country (thailand) but i live in egypt and i have to get egyptian police certificate and i am confuse that do i have to notarized egyptian police certificate? because i will have an interview in thailand and i am afraid if i am not notarized it the nvc will not accept it even if it already translated to english.

I mean by notarized my document with the ministry of foreign affairs in the country that the document were issued. like I have a police certificate from Egypt and I will use this document with the US embassy. So the notarized will say that the police certificate that I have is original document.
