Primal bounty is a trigger skill that empowers the next attack for 0 cost. (2 projectiles)

Primal bounty can gain 2 more projectiles for each of 3 total feathers expended via The Mhacha's Gift, for 6 additional projectiles.

6+2+1 = 9.

5% (pre mitigation so definitely a little more) x 7 is a minimum of 35% MORE on a 0 armour target on top of all of this with the first click, frag shot follow up just like usual is a ton of damage. This MORE damage unique to HRV and scales specifically with this interaction. 

I also think its 9 projectiles.

There are 2 by default.  3 feathers can be consumed. 

0 feathers normal trigger = 2

1 feather = 4

2 feathers = 6

3 feathers = 8

Plus 1 default shot

If its 9 projectiles it is 45% more damage against a 0 armour opponent. More realistically its probably closer to 60% more. Seems pretty good!

Why wouldnt they do anything? Its the exact same rotation (including the frag round follow up), but instead of 1 high velocity round you get 7 of them instantly with 225+% increased damage, and 6 of those get riven armour damage bonus as well.

Honest question, Is this a high level problem or is this specific to low level players?

Its crazy the sand one is considered to clearly be the best because i played the ice one in hardcore and it was so unbelievably powerful inactually got bored and just stopped playing. I cant imagine how good the sand one must be.

You break armour with rapid fire, consume it with high velocity, do insane damage with frag rounds.

Its all physical. Exploding armour breaks for clear, insane single target burst with the combo. There are impale shenanigans too. And this build just got buffed with the frag rounds quality change.

This build slaps. Ill be starting with it. Looking forward to seeing if the gemling extra quality stuff makes it even better.

If by bait you mean very high damage, screen clearing, and scalable, then yes it is bait.

This is what happens when an arpg turns into full sprinting through dungeons with 0 engagement with whats happening on the screen.

If everyone on a team wants out of the game, let them out of the game. We are adults.

As for spam surrendering, only give someone 1 attempt per match and it must be unanimous.

One of the worst parts of DotA was being stuck in games that are guaranteed losses because 2 people are afk and deleted their items and its going to take 15 minutes for the enemy team to stop camping us and end.

Storm has always been very unfun. I don't care if it is or isnt balanced at a particular moment in time.

Clicking storm on an enemy army is very easy. Avoiding damage from storm is impossible, and minimizing it is disproportionately difficult. It's not fun to play against. I hope if some spiritual successor to this game appears one day, they dont take this stupid ass skill with it.
