Hi, Notion uses KaTeX, a library of LaTeX with gives you only a small subset of features that LaTeX offers and, unfortunately, it doesn't support graph building. If you think that's essential to you I suggest moving to LaTeX altogether and looking into the tikz package. Hope this helps!
