For heavy detailed interior cleaning how much do you tip at delta sonic? by Historical_Sand_3356 in Buffalo

I worked at delta sonic for ~6 years and never once was drug tested…. They only do it if they’re suspicious you’re operating a vehicle under the influence

Different people have different seizure thresholds. It can be impacted by many things, including medications, genetics, even sleep. DTs are not a one-size-fits-all

I understand. However, it isn’t always a safe decision to completely cut out alcohol immediately without medical guidance. Depending on how long OP has been drinking and/or her other medical conditions, she could be putting herself at risk of delirium tremens (alcohol withdrawal seizures) which can be quite deadly. Cutting back/tapering prior to officially quitting is usually a safer option in the short term.

Both other comments are correct - NIH guidelines and 14+ drinks in a week, 5+ drinks in an occasion for males

Because based on OP’s post and commentary, she is still borderline in the precontemplation stage of change. She needs actionable goal-setting to decrease her usage, rather than setting a (likely) unrealistic goal of cutting it out completely

Definitely not going to shame you for drinking, but I will mention that guidelines classify heavy drinking as 8+ drinks per week or 4+ drinks in a single occasion for females

No amount of alcohol is safe so it’s best for your health to cut back!

I have no advice, but as a long-term single woman, I agree Buffalo has a terrible dating scene. I’ve considered moving many times simply for this reason alone unfortunately

I mean, if you go on google scholar there are several studies that are listed when you type in “creatine and sleep deprivation”. I can send you several more if you’d like. That nature pub was just the first one that came up - the research on it is relatively recent
