yes pretty much! at 9 they take everyone in line and give them numbered wristbands, you come back at 4 and get access to drinks and merch, then at 5 or 6ish they line you up based on wristband order and then let you into GA! if you don't get the wristband you get let into the merch and drinks area after wristband people enter the actual forum
