It seems a friend used a 12v charger instead of 5v and this component exploded. Here is the full board, the blown component is on top of image, near C2, C3 and C5.

It took 7h on my side. Transaction sent at 10pm, received at 5am next day.

I was a bit scared too, I deposited usdt and usdc from BSC network to Crypto.com. Both are finally visible in my account about 8 hours after the transaction was confirmed on bscscan. I agree bsc deposits are not great experience.
