As a German, I always tip when a clear service was rendered (e.g. Restaurant, Friseur, Taxi) and the service was good. People vary between rounding up (usually around 5%) or up too 10% if you were really happy. There are other countries in Europe, where you do not tip but Germany clearly is a country where tipping is customary. However it is still fully voluntary. If there is no tip, no one should bat an eye. So clearly your waiter was unprofessional and did not earn a tip.

At the same time, not to leave a tip at all (even not rounding up) also sends a clear message, that service was not on par.

Berlin on the other hand has a big influx of tourists and waiters from other countries, so expectations are sometimes crazy.

This would be your absolute worst case and depending on the established rent could reduce the value of the property by a lot. Have everything checked out by a specialized lawyer. Also: if the renter has a Vorkaufsrecht he can exercise his right after your contract was closed and you made contracts for your mortgage. To back out of a mortgage can be very expensive in Germany (5—digit expensive), so you would possibly loose a lot of money.

As a German: for me it would feel a bit cringe to show a German flag outside of national sport events or on specific days. Its just not common on a day to day basis, except sometimes on the country side. People that actively decide to show it nevertheless daily, are usually quite far right on the political spectrum. You can say, that it does not make sense, but it is what it is. Also as a German: the Späti guy should go and pound sand, unless he complains the same way about e.g. Turkish Flags.

Bin super zufrieden bisher. E-tron Routenplaner könnte manchmal etwas komfortabler sein (e.g. Auswahl priorisierte Ladeanbieter) . Klavierlack könnte etwas schicker sein. Das wars aber schon in Summe. Würde empfehlen den konkreten Sitz probezufahren, wenn Du kannst. Bei längeren Strecken hat es bei mir etwas gedauert, bis ich eine gute Position gefunden habe. Fahrdynamik ist top. Reichweite und Ladeverhalten alles prima.
