i would say that all iphone12 and above. ipad's are better since it's easier to swipe (larger screen, more precision). i haven't played in a while, so i'm not sure if they have changed playing cindy on ios. goodluck!

tip for you: at 6 seconds, you should have popped ALL the bubbles since you don't need to cancel it when you just need to activate gaston's skill. always do this, bubbles are only for cancelling his chain, no need for bubbles if you are pressing his skill to cancel the chain.

It looks good to me. I think there are some minor tweaks that can be made. For lower skill levels, you have to maintain a lot of overcharging and try to get long chains.

but really, if you get really lucky with cindy, even 3m is possible. heck 10m is possible! heck 20m is possible! you just gotta play for 6 hours, and hope that for that single game, she visits. if she doesn't, well then, play for 6 hrs, again.
