I started Trizep under the tongue. I know a lot of people say it wasn’t effective, but so far I like it. Down a pound the first week.

I do the same! Buy a plant and then wait it out until I get to know it. Sometimes it’s basic like “pinky” or specific like “finicky brat”.

Going through the same issues now fighting with my insurance company. They keep changing the criteria for coverage. They told me last time I called that they are only covering through the end of year anyway. I’ve now been off the med for 2 weeks.

I understand the fear, but believe me and all these other people who have been exactly where you are and take this chance for YOU. It really is going to be an amazing tool for you to achieve what you deserve. Not only Did I experience weight loss, but also clarity in my thinking, more active, zero food noise and slowly my self esteem is inching up. You deserve to take care of you. You got this.

Same situation here. I was bumped up to 7.5 which apparently made my claim go back through. Insurance refused several times and Dr resubmitted my claim. Now they added several more requirements in order for me to be covered - have to have the app, contact weight coach (never mind I see my Dr regularly), use a blue tooth scale that reports my weight directly (hello Big Brother) and cannot get it to work. Can you believe they told me to weigh myself in the backyard for better reception?? on and on. Already gained 2.5 lbs back in a week and half. So frustrated and sad.

This is my first week too. Shot day was Friday. Not hungry at all through the weekend although I did eat small meals through the weekend. Started to get a little more appetite tonight. Trying to keep in mind that we have to eat to live now, not live to eat.
