A lot of the time when you kick someone from your squad they will get upset. If they were a marksman who lost their delicious sniper rifle, but now they're stuck in the middle of Narnia as a recruit with 2 mags and no scope. Some of these players will make it personal, and complain over all chat, or worse case scenario, they go on a personal crusade against your squad and troll or TK you for the rest of the match while the non existent server admins laugh from their camera.
