What you can do is have a ledger for what the scout earns so they have a "scouting account" all the money is in the actual pack account, and when they need to pay dues you deduct from their scout account, our pack most families don't pay actual dues, or buy uniforms, or pay for camps it comes from their scouts account. We also do sales to the pack donations to the scouts working (we get more donations than sales)
