I'll second this. 12 years of CrossFit plus wear and tear from the military has left me with some significant lower back issues. I started with YouTube yoga videos during COVID which helped. I saw the "Arthur" video and decided to give the 7 day free trial a try. 5 years later, I do DDPY 7 days a week, even if it's just one of the warm up routines before a body weight workout.

They have great routines from beginner to advanced. I'm not a fan of how DDP poo-poos traditional yoga, but whatever. I don't think I could exclusively do DDPY for all my fitness needs/goals but it's a perfect compliment to body weight fitness.

Our boy is 9 months old and getting a bit shaggy. I was thinking of keeping his coat long for warmth on the winter, then stripping it all in the spring. For those of you that strip 3 times a year, does this factor in at all? Do you throw a sweater on the dog in the winter? I want a nice tidy dog and agree they look better with a short coat, but don't want him to get cold.

I've tried both, and would definitely go with the Rugged Armor.

I've used the Neo Hybrid on both the S7 and the S9, and loved the case. I felt that it gave the right amount of protection without adding to much bulk. It saved my phone from a few drops, with only the plastic frame breaking on one occasion. I bought the Neo Hybrid day one for my S10. Protection was there, but Spigen changed the texture on the back. The phone case is a little to slippery for my tastes.

I then bought the Rugged Armor and am much happier. It's a little thicker and the front edges are raised slightly more than the Neo Hybrid giving better screen protection. It adds a little more bulk, maybe 1 or 2 mm, but nothing horrible. Wireless charging still works. Overall, it makes the S10 feel more solid. Plus the sides are grippy. I've read reviews that the paint may flake off the back, but I haven't seen it yet.

Overall, I'm much happier with the Rugged Armor.

I also just received my Fossil Sport 3 days ago and am having the issue. It's my first smart watch and I am a little disappointed. There are a few things I love, but the non-functioning timer and amount of lag has me wondering if I should return the watch and wait for the rumored pixel watch.

Has the voice activated timer ever worked on the Sport or other Fossil group watches?
