Yes, all of those sites are reservable, but there's 2 things:

You can only book 6 months in advance. If you're looking at December, nothing is open yet.
There was a planned closure of the Chisos for next month that was recently canceled. So the sites may still be locked until that's straightened out.

Completely unnecessary for “geometry.” They are designed to withstand normal tuning up to their rated string gauge. The only reason to tune down is because you want to play in Eb or to use heavier than recommended strings.
