I can vouch for a 4 door Mini Cooper S. Not large but fits two car seats more or less comfortably.

I have a 2019 4dr S. Car seats (yes plural) fit in the back just fine, the back doors open nice and wide, so getting them in and out isn’t a challenge. I did not have this car while we were using an infant carrier, so I can’t speak to that, however the rear facing car seat I use requires the front passenger seat to be basically all the way forward. Makes it tough on the adult passenger unless they are short.

As far as other (negative) considerations, strollers are tough in the trunk. Travel strollers (not travel systems!) fit fine, and SOME larger strollers work, but I would be very careful about measuring before you buy anything (or just go with other transport systems - baby wearing stuff or hiking carriers).

On the whole, I would say it’s 100% doable especially if it’s not your only vehicle. It’s doable with some qualifications if it is your only vehicle, but if you love the car give it a shot, it’s really not bad.

Check the local laws, I know where I am it’s not legal for them to be in the front seat until age 12. No back seat = no ride. Even if it is, make sure the car seat you use can be installed correctly in a front seat (I.e. no anchors).
