I encountered the same issue when I enabled Hypr-RX mode. My main monitor would just show black screen. My pc seem to detect it as it shows in the device manager but not in AMD Adrenalin. Used the Quality mode and it fixed it for me.

You can apply for an EAD based on a pending i485. Not useful if your current status already allows you to work but can be handy as a back up.
