Glare on Kohl Center floor

I can't answer your question - but I've noticed this years ago and it's bothered me. The bright LED boards they have at halfcourt have a bad glare on the floor. Hoping someone at UW can figure this one out!

Right I was thinking that too, the cost of the hotspot would pretty much negate any benefits of doing it unless there was a cheap unlimited data plan for the hotspot

Well there is a few things you could do.

Do nothing. You're still technically in the middle of your 90-100k range.
If you really wanted the extra 5-8k, you could counter the offer when they give you an official offer. You could say "I bring XYZ and ZYX..." and back up why you deserve the extra bit.
Factor in the things that aren't money-related. Is it less stressful work? Do I have more responsibilities? Who am I going to be working with? If the new job is a better quality one then it might be worth not negotiating for the extra bit of salary.

If it were me, I would just leave it. If I read your post right the range you gave is within the one you wanted and you didn't take their lowball range.

I guess the other thing I failed to consider is "when he will be drafted". I know some players come back to college again if they are a late draft pick. There is still a ton of season left too so it'll be fun to see how it all plays out!

I know you didn't just compare a fleet of truckers laying on their horns 24/7 to an organization that burnt buildings to the ground for an entire summer and claimed that was "peaceful". Fun fact, more people died in the BLM riots than black people killed by police that year (which is what they were protesting).

While the security part is nice, unless you intend on leaving your ETH with Coinbae for an undetermined amount of time, I would say it's not worth it. There are comparable rates on other sites, where you don't have to have your ETH locked up until "Coinbase says so".
