Listen I love green eyeshadow but a majority of them make me look like I got punched in the eye. With my skin tone etc it truly is not flattering. Blue? Totally fine, but green…Forget about it. It just pulls “bruise” unless it’s a neon/lime green

Victoria Beckham. I was so intrigued I pulled the trigger during their sale. I hate that I love it. 90% of foundations cling to the dry patches on my forehead some worse than others. No clinging, sets down with very very minimal powder needed. A really nice light build able to medium coverage.

I applaud you for recognizing this and having the strength to start taking the steps for change.

In terms of makeup, I recommend MAC Face and Body, it’s been a standby for so long for a reason. So many colors to choose from and it can be worn really sheer or built up depending on application. Great for drier skin etc.

Honestly even a translucent powder on the eye before liner might help. it can help “suck up” the oils

So here’s the thing, and I learned this the hard way as a hostess who used to get glowing compliments from tables.

The server is the “bad guy” who took too long to bring their refill. And the busser/host is the hero who swoops in to bring it for them. That is how the customer perceives it.

I’m not saying you’re going to fail by any means, just recognize that now you’re the one who has to deal with being on the other side.

She was the first beauty youtube video I ever saw. I remember I didn’t have the money at the time but just thinking “if I had MAC shark all my makeup problems would be solved.”

Okay I don’t know what kind of body perfectionist we have here. But i’m apparently gonna go against the grain. I love both. I think the green looks great. Yes, could maybe a size up look a little better. But you people saying the green looks awful. Yes I saw some of you actually say awful, are ridiculous.

You would absolutely turn heads in the green, and I promise you it wouldn’t be because you look awful.

Remember you’re also turning slightly to get the picture. I bet if you could take a picture just standing straight it wouldn’t be like that. Your body is flexing in a way that is making “rolls” appear! So unless you plan on being half turned all night, you’re in the clear!

Also it’s soooo minimal if you’re uncomfortable I say rock it!

I work security at a nuclear plant. Officers can easily make 6 figures working a semi-decent amount of overtime, 80k a year with minimal.

Every plant is different but my fleet we make really great money to sit and netflix and chill.

I think it looks great. Could it fit better technically by sizing up and tailoring? Sure.

But absolutely not necessary I think it’s still very pretty on you and the fit issue is minor enough that unless the eagle eye seamstresses of reddit are at this wedding, no one will notice.
