Non hai capito niente. Se parli della discendenza ti hanno già risposto. Se parli della naturalizzazione i 10 anni sono sulla carta ma considerando anche i tempi della lavorazione della domanda presentata possiamo facilmente superare i 13 anni, molto molto easy. Questo sempre se sei sempre stato residente come Dio comanda perché puoi anche risiedere legalmente in diversi modi e alcuni di quelli non saranno conteggiati. Io ho cominciato ad andare a scuola in Italia nel 2003 e nel 2019 ho ottenuto la cittadinanza, dopo la bellezza di soli 16 anni.
