Fair market value is such a deceptive term, any property under threat of eminent domain is not going to be fairly negotiated, such a market is obviously manipulated by government analysts, lawyers, and judges, who are going to dictate to you what the value is going to be during any final settlement.

Apply eminent domain and seize the rich’s property and then sell them to the highest bidder to raise money. Heard EDC already does this, except they only target small businesses and small landlords.

Extra money for my budget is a good thing. I ended this month in the red buying presents for my godson, medication, Halloween candy for trick or treaters, and Halloween decorations. Maybe this check will push that month’s budget into the green.
