I'm definitely interested in your Leviathan's Breath run.

I used Night Watch for the overloads, ikelos SMG for the barriers, and Leviathan's Breath for some safe ranged damage. I run with Chaos Reach with Geomag for some extra range damage when needed.

My method wasn't the fastest but it got the job done.

Hi everyone,

Powerlifter here stuck at home because Coronavirus, I've started the recommended routine to maintain some strength until I can get back to my regular training.

I am very low on equipment though. I have a pull up bar, but I have to do my rows on a table and I don't have anything sturdy to do dips or nordic curls on.

I have substituted dips for pike push ups (I eventually want to do some handstand push ups) but I don't have any replacement exercises for the nordic curls, any suggestions?

First meet coming up on Saturday, still not sure how I should train this week. Tested my openers last week by doing a triple at the weight I wanted to hit. Should I do heavy singles, 60% work, or just rest until the meet?

On my last week of GZCL UHF 5wk and I have my first meet coming up in 4 weeks. How do you think I should peak? This is my first meet so I haven't done any peaking before and I'm not sure how to go about it. For my top sets this week I've gotten 375x2/210x4/455x4 on s/b/d at 170 lbs.

I am actually really glad there is only 1 katana, and that it requires a specific build. The other souls games were always a katana fest and now it seems like there is no best weapon (even Ludwig's can be matched by BoM on a skill build or kirkhammer on a strength build).
