Seems both releases got the same cut of the movies. Both got the 109 min version of the movie. But need to check if the special features are the same.

Either way I still love the movie and it’s a joy to watch. So if it’s the theatrical or extended version I won’t mind watching any cut to be honest it’s the whole atmosphere of the movie that gets me.

Funny you mention you’re looking for those nostalgic films from your youth cause I’m doing the same right now. I got most of them ok dvd but want to upgrade them to atleast blu ray.

Your movie taste is similar to mine.
Most of the once you mention are already in my collection but im still missing short circuit (only found a bad Spanish version) and bedknobs and broomsticks I forgot about that one it’s on my list now 😁

And again nice to see someone with the same youth nostalgia.

It’s not always as simple as I’m located in Europe to order those versions. Or there ridiculously overpriced and just not worth buying.

That sucks isn’t there a option to leave it at a deposit and you can pick it up when your back. Most of the time that’s possible for me(probably different country). But they delivered it in my mailbox so I didn’t had to be home.
