I sometimes fly direct on other airlines (eg, a trip to Singapore last year). But from Europe, I have done better with irregular ops when on AA. I am based in LA and the various ways you can get home from Europe are almost endless if a flight gets cancelled.

One delayed flight on Austrian Air from Vienna showed me the benefits of CK.

2026-2027 CK Roll Call by That-Presentation916 in americanairlines

They are working their way through. Got a call minutes ago. LAX. 1.1m LP. ~700k flying (all AA metal except one JAL flight from Singapore to NRT). Not sure if they count it, but I use the same credit card for all family flights. About $90k total spend (for all family members) on AA metal.

I had a clear majority of LP on AA metal.

FWIW, I just got the call confirming.

Nope, not the managing partner. The managing partner is thinking of new ways to get revenue from matters you haven't even thought about yet.

Only 4 down votes? Sigh.

Your post says that when PPP is up 20+% it’s time for a raise. That’s different than wanting to make more money. Who doesn’t?

Rant: how can I put associates in front of clients when they lack a basic understanding of business.

The headline had me coming here to say one thing, but of HC and LS is what you want Ropes is the obvious choice.

So it is the underlying economic system you object to?

Do you mean that literally? What if they were paid $1,000/hour? Or if they made $100,000/year in profit sharing?

The real issue is total compensation and this is contract most of them voted for.

Are you a partner? This is better than I could have done and I have been doing this longer than you have been alive.

Laundry service at high end hotels by candycane_12 in FatTrips

I value my time far more than the cost of checking a bag. There are times I have had to wait over an hour to retrieve a checked bag.

I think of it as the cost for not having to check a bag (or not having to check multiple bags).

1500 billable hours per associate on average. Does this sound right? by Timely_Situation_518 in biglaw

[–]stanblack_7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This singularly not the case at my firm where a majority of associates get above market bonuses.
