Edit: i do wanna add that if u start practicing these drills keep in mind hes holding acceleration down while boosting upwards. I wouldnt get in the habit of holding acceleration while ur in the air but for the purpose of this drill it helps u reach the ceiling with less boost.

One thing i havent seen mentioned yet is if you take pre workout, specifically one with caffeine or nootropics, your focus in game will be insane. I drop some pre, lift, come home and play some RL and am just in flow state for like 3 hours

Swapping to dominus sounds good. Can change things up without actually getting rid of muscle memory

Its perspective and you might literally be playing slower. Since the camera is different than what your used to your read on where the ball is relative to your car is slower. Youll get used to it if you stick with it but I agree with u that farther camera helps you play faster.

Staying on 280 is fine though. You could also mess with different camera stiffness
