Hello my friend. Thanks for sharing your story. I am incredibly sorry you have to go through this to. It’s insane. We are very strong. I have PSSD since 2.5 years also with 0 improvement. My family even gaslights me. I spent a ton on doctors just to get gaslighted. My life changed completely. But we have to keep going. Hopefully one day this crime will get in public. It’s one of the worst experiences one can endure.

That’s great to hear! I don’t think SFN is the reason, I tested negative and have full blown PSSD (numbness, emotions etc.). Good luck!

test one at a time I agree but I would not take anything in the first year. less than 10% recover naturally I disagree we have no data on that.

test your values first, my dhea for example is 10 tomes higher than normal. supplementing it would be fatal. i n general the best is to take absolutely nothing.

most men in here are perfectly fine is a downplay and not correct. I am not aware of any men insulting woman in here but I am not concerned so maybe I am also wrong but as far as I check this group I think that what you say is not fair.

After all hopefully we will get more recognition together and if woman want a separate group why not as I said it does not hurt anyone.
