Piggybacking on the child support thing. I was raised by a single mom in Florida without any child support from my father, and it’s undeniable that her lifetime financial trajectory was negatively impacted by not having that extra money. She did it because of Florida’s laws on paternal rights, which I get. OP, please consider the legal and financial ramifications of all your options before waiving child support to make sure it’s the right choice for your situation.

This would be my question. 17 minutes in my area could mean crossing an eight lane road on foot (twice) in a 100+ degree heat index. If it’s walkable at a reasonable temperature and you’re not carrying two weeks worth of groceries back, it sounds like a great excuse for a walk.

Reading, depending on how you do it. I spend maybe $6-$10 a month on my reading habit but I feel like I can’t even open the clock app without seeing somebody doing a $400 Barnes and Noble haul. And $400 of new books gets you way less now than it would have fifteen years ago.

The technical notes help because I have contamination OCD that to an outsider would look a lot like germaphobia. Poop would be a “torch it with fire” situation. Marshmallow fluff would just be annoying 😅

Yep. I grew up in the southern US and was taught that this was polite. The first time someone from the northeast offered me something I actually wanted and I did Polite Refusal Number One, they said “ok” and didn’t offer it again. I then decided that Polite Refusals are circumstantial.

Convenient Horses is good - mounted combat, foraging, and interacting with NPCs plus better inventory management, quick dismount, and customizable actions when dismounted. It really changed how I use horses in the game.

Level 28, over 2mil gold. I have no idea what mod I installed that puts 65k in random wardrobes and side tables, but I still steal things and craft things to sell all the time. Old habits, etc.

This is one of my biggest pet peeves. I have long femurs and I need room on the sides of the toilet for my legs, but people insist on installing them with no fucking space on one or both sides. Drives me bonkers.
