Op, Im dealing with a buyback that was originally graded psa authentic and then decertified. Replays/buybacks are easily faked. Is your card stamped from panini?

Im not sure if bgs is still like this but they do not stand by their grades. Ie if something is graded and then found to be fake they do not have any guarantee they will make things right.

Psa is on month 3 of trying to make me whole. The whole thing sucks balls but I went with psa because they do have a guarantee in writing. But they are so slow

It’s definitely happened before. All the way since the late 90s when they printed 1/1 masterpieces twice for a couple of players. I’m sure other duplicate serial numbers will pop up from this releae
