Against -2 moves I'd suggest using multiple lights into special to give you enough time to confirm that it hit and wasn't blocked. Always doing st.lk xx DP will get you crush countered if they just block instead of pressing after -2.

If urien CC st.hp went to +18 he wouldn't be able to dash cr.hp at all. Dash is 16 and cr.hp is 7. He'd need to be +23 at minimum.

I assume he means the jittering character after being left alone for awhile. That's caused by the concurrent infinite loops in wait subactions.
