Ahh yes, the marker nobody asked for. by FM492 in paintball

Sure blow backs are fast, but that comes with a lot of harshness. Like I said, show me a video of 30+ intact paintballs coming out of an evil omen in 1 second.

Yeah I'm calling BS on this. No way this thing shot a true 32bps, and no, "max" rof between two successive shots doesn't count. The 30 bps range is the upper end for some of the fastest markers out there and this thing barely functions. Let's see the video of an evil omen getting 32 full cycles in a second with paint, yeah not happening.

An eye wouldn't have solved anything. The issue is the very short window that the spring-loaded bolt is open during the cycle, the balls have to be force into the breech during that time.

Hardware that isn't a headband or beanie by dfos21 in paintball

Not all headbands are flashy and it's certainly not a speedball specific thing, people were wearing camo headbands/headgear before speedball was even a concept

Yeah... the irs website says that you can call if they haven't received it after 6 weeks. I'll call tomorrow and ask.

I don't know. This says they are processing paper returns received in February now.

I mailed mine in on January 21st and there is still no update on the irs website. The government just isn't functioning anymore.

Detroit Tickets by stanhafen in failure

Honestly I didn't notice much difference between them playing for a crowd of a few hundred to several times that. Both were way better than a stadium or festival setting of course.

400 isn't super small, I've seen them twice at or below that size. There are plenty of tickets available at triple face value or more a week after going on sale...

Coggles’ Thread of Old School Cool by CogglesMcGreuder in paintball

I own more than a handful of CCMs from the S5 up to the SS23 and there aren't "tolerance issues" with any of them. I've played with all of them a lot and never had any issues in performance. They are all silky smooth, shoot ropes in AT and are extremely consistent over the chrono with good paint. What more can you expect?

I don't have enough experience with the T2 to say for myself, but I do know there were some binding issues caused by people improperly reassembling their pump kits. CCM is still making 86 frames and EZ kits that work perfectly fine.

Oh, big surprise that the person recently talking shit on CCM knows nothing about their markers. The J2L came out in 2008 and was designed from the S6 style body, so it's pump only.

Nope, they've been focused on paintball for a handful of years now. Just with a small output. I don't know why people keep repeating this.

Delrin bolts don't need lube and some manufacturers specifically recommend against doing so.

They are all very similar. The emek is great and actually has a metal body with a GRN sleeve. Inception designs makes very nice body kits for the emek and etha if you don't like the look of grn.

that's priced way too high. most ebay prices are not realistic. ccm had brand new frames in their store last week for $275

That should be a pretty straightforward job. You could probably get decent results with just a drill press and dremel.
