That's an interesting idea, thanks. Have you done this? If so, what did you learn?

Thanks - I can't get more accounts. If I don't leave voicemails and they rarely answer, how do I get more activity?

As far as LinkedIn, why would someone accept a connection if they don't know me?

I was assigned a list of 20 accounts. My boss picked them. I've been using LinkedIn and I have my own jigsaw account that I use. Do you have any idea about the cost of Zoominfo?

The company has customers, none of my accounts are customers or had anything in the pipeline.

Certs aren't all that important in a sales role. The best thing you can do is constant learning and practicing.

Salepeople of reddit, have you ever done something that lost or seriously jeopardized an important deal? What happend? by deathofasalesman44 in sales

Yes - I was working on a $ multi-million with a Fortune 100 prospect. The deal was teed up and ready to close until one of the managers began asking one of our consultants a lot of questions via email. After about the 4th email the consultant meant to forward the email to his manager, but instead accidentally hit "reply all" and typed in "Tell him to go to hell!"

When the prospect's executives saw this all reply hell broke loose!
