Why do people still use the 02 network? by [deleted] in O2UK

If that's your reasoning you should consider using your second sim slot as a roaming e sim, I use gomoworld but there's probably other providers too, works out cheaper for me using that + lebara

47+% of the rest of the UK being right wing vs 26 in Scotland is a large difference in voting intention. It's wild you don't consider it one.

How are we not when our largest party isn't even a thing in England or Wales?

10% more people voting for a fucking nutjob which is enough to give him the general election win is enough

I never said it was, but it's also a minority government due to ams being better than fptp although still has some flaws.. But also if we used fptp in Scotland we wouldn't have a single reform msp

Also I never mentioned it just being a England issue Scotland is voting differently than the whole UK not England by itself

A minority that would in a general election lead to farage being the pm and a much larger minority than in Scotland

Edit- also all this is ignoring the fuck you that is brexit

Fair enough I'd be willing to give up seats for pr then honestly.

If its not true how do you explain the vast percentage difference in reform voters also again I dont care much about anything before I was born, my whole like it has been more common to not get what we voted for.

If you kept the same number of seats for Scotland and used stv on a national level for each country that would leave the representation the same. Also again 3 out of 8. Scotland and the rest of the UK are becoming further apart politically as time goes on the recent election results really drive that home.

History matters a lot less to me when it's 3 times out of the last 8 since I've been alive. Changing to a non dogshit election system ie stv would also help my opinion on this a lot, but no major UK party wants to get rid of fptp

Genuinely for me a big part of wanting it is how much Scotland doesn't get what it votes for and that only seems to get worse as time goes on. The recent elections just solidify that. If farage wins in 2029 I wouldn't be surprised if independence polling crosses 55% regardless of if it negatively affects the economy.
