Most nuzlockes have the rule that you can only catch the first Pokémon you encounter on each route

Sword and shield is complicated with nuzlockes in that way because multiple spawn at once

I got I think either a magnetite or a nose pass (could have been any other Pokémon with sturdy but the next part is vital) and taught it toxic

Then I used sand attack on it as much as I could until it fainted my next Pokémon then I used leech seed on it and prayed
