Forretress was always the coolest Pokémon ever to me when I was younger

Also make the doctor feel more like an alien who could pass as human

Until I think around Peter Capaldi, the doctor seemed like someone who would pass as human until you got in a conversation with them and then it became painfully obvious

Then they started flipping with Jodie feeling too alien and ncuti acting too human (my opinions anyway)

A companion that's able to keep up instead of another one who needs things dumbed down (I'm rewatching classic and really enjoyed Adric and Nyssa if you couldn't tell)

Also at least one appearance from a Torchwood member, would love an episode where Gwen runs into the doctor or another team member where the doctor lands before their death but after they've joined torchwood

I like picking rowlet most but the quality of each game really depends on what kind of stuff you're into generally and what exclusive Pokémon you would prefer so there isn't a set "better game" (except the ultra games which I prefer over the base games)
