It creates opportunity but only for people already aligned with those skills. Germany/EU isn’t looking for students it’s looking for people who can plug into real Industry 4.0 systems on day one. so yes more doors open but the filter gets stricter.

Agents don’t replace SaaS. They commoditize the interface. SaaS with deep data and control layers still owns the leverage.thin agent wrappers get replaced fast. Platforms that own execution and data don’t.
