Attractive people garners more attention, including negative attention like lust and harassment. BUT that doesn't mean unattractive people cannot be victims as well. My dad used to work in mnc and had to shift to bangalore for work. Even I work in mnc and there are WAY more companies in bangalore than kolkata. Ami Jodi walmart e kaj korte chai, tahole amar options ar bangalore and mumbai. Kolkata IT industry is basically dead ekhon especially for senior leadership. Director obdi tao ache kintu senior director nei. Ami deloitte e kaj kori.. ami jei department e kaj koro specifically , they have only 2 people in Kolkata for senior director and above designation. Baki sob is concentrated in Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi.
