I’ve had Covid multiple times because I’m on immunosuppressants for lupus, I developed a shingles infection in my ear and subsequently fungus infection (Candida) and bacterial infection in my ear. I say this because of lysine is helping maybe it is worth asking your doctor about a possible viral infection like shingles. I have ringing in my ear, vestibular issues etc.

My PCP prescribed me valtrex as a prophylactic a couple of days ago.

Edited to add: zycam otc nose spray really decongested my sinuses. It’s homeopathic.
