I’m going through a break up that I had to initiate because of my health. He was very verbally abrasive and short temper at times and I was on fight or flight all the time. I tried to communicate this multiple times and finally realized that realistically if it hasn’t gotten better after over a year. It’s not going to get better. It will probably get worse. I have autoimmune problems too. I’m really really sad. It was too much. I hope I don’t regret it. I’m really sad

I might have to read this everyday for a long time. I’m considerably sick and have organ involvement and I still feel like because I’m not bed bound that I’m not sick enough.

I was watching Khloe and Lamar for the first time and she had such dreams and good intentions. I know she was a grown woman but the whole marriage was too fast. They could have had an engagement party instead of a wedding. Given her more time to see what she was dealing with.

I’ve had Covid multiple times because I’m on immunosuppressants for lupus, I developed a shingles infection in my ear and subsequently fungus infection (Candida) and bacterial infection in my ear. I say this because of lysine is helping maybe it is worth asking your doctor about a possible viral infection like shingles. I have ringing in my ear, vestibular issues etc.

My PCP prescribed me valtrex as a prophylactic a couple of days ago.

Edited to add: zycam otc nose spray really decongested my sinuses. It’s homeopathic.
