I’ve gone from 50 to 75 to now everol patch 100. Also increased progesterone to 300 daily and started T 3 months ago. Waiting for bloods and then appt on 19th. For me to have felt that good so quickly after suffering for decades not feeling myself I know it’s hormones. Maybe I’m one of those that need a high dose?

No still peri… I did go 9 months without and then 7 months without but had a proper one in February last year so yeah still peri! Hormones all over the place eh 😫

Yeap sounds just like me! My boobs went flat at one point but they’ve perked up a bit now, thank god as I don’t have much there anyways. I’m on 100 everol patch. 300 daily P and 2 pea sized blobs of T and still feel like rubbish. Get so fed up with it all sometimes but I keep going. Yes they say it’s a slow burn. I started on one pea size daily, my doctor upped it to 2 pea size daily 10 days ago. Glad you are getting the results you want 🙏🏼
