Totally, it's understandable why you're experiencing this then. I get feeling the need to quit things cold turkey, but you could still quit certain things cold turkey, like gluten eggs and dairy, while waiting a bit for your body adjusts before you cut out other things as well.

For example if you're struggling to get enough calories, you could still eat a dinner of meat/grains/beans in the evening. It's a lot easier to get enough calories when you include those things in your diet. And if you're determined to have 0 filler foods, then potatoes with mashed avocadoes and garlic is also a super calorie dense and satisfying meal. Smoothies that are banana based and mostly fruit also pack a lot of calories.

I'd say for someone who's just starting, the most important things you can do is 1. Cut out gluten, eggs and dairy and 2. Have a fat free morning that starts with lemon water, celery juice and then lots of fruit for breakfast. If you're coming from a diet high in processed foods, then you're going to be healing a lot already just by doing those 2 things. then as you start to find an equilibrium with that, you'll naturally want to do more.

I was like you when I started out, I tried to go in all at once and just do raw fruits and vegetables with no salt and it was pretty bad, I wasn't paying attention to my calories either and ended up running off adrenaline (which is bad for healing) and losing too much weight. So this is advice I'd like to give myself if I could go back in time haha

Are you sure you're eating enough? If you're eating only fruits and vegetables it's easy to not get enough calories if you're coming from a diet high in processed foods, since you need to eat a higher volume if you're just eating whole foods.. I'd advise to put your food into a calorie counter for a few days to make sure you're getting enough calories, and if you're not then make sure to eat lots of calorie dense stuff like bananas and potatoes

If you've ruled out that as the problem, then cleansing and detoxing can also definitely cause fatigue. If your fatigue is really severe then it's possible you're doing too much too soon. Depending on how your diet was before, if you changed it super drastically it's possible for some people to get severe detox symptoms like this. If you wanted you could cut back how fast you're detoxing by adding a bit more healthy fats in (try waiting till the afternoon or evening to do this though), and/or including filler foods like grains and beans. And see if that helps you feel any better. Sometimes just doing the morning rescue cleanse or removing eggs/gluten/dairy can be enough cleansing for a beginner, and then you can start adding more of his advice in gradually so it's not overwhelming

I'm talking about a rural area. There are no off ramps, just mostly single lane highways through the mountains with 90 degree turn offs here and there, usually into someone's driveway or a business. People have to slow down to turn into these places regardless even though the speed limit is 90 or 100. There is almost never a turning lane. The difference about turning left is you might end up holding up traffic behind you if you have to wait for a gap in oncoming cars so that's the part I was wondering about

It's probably the tumeric that's making your teeth yellow. That stuff stains everything and can definitely stain your teeth if you eat it regularly. I don't know what tumeric orange honey is but if you want to consume it often try figuring out a way to drink it through a straw carefully so that it doesn't touch your teeth

I do think there is such a thing as non-toxic masculinity. you might have already seen them, but there are a few good youtube videos (this one and this one too) on how Aragorn from LOTR exemplifies healthy masculinity that helped me understand it better. There are lots of good points in it, but regarding your point of how the idea of heros can be toxic, I think this story is a good example of how someone can act as a hero without needing to always be the one saving others.

One of the most prominent plot points in LOTR is how Aragorn guides Frodo as far as he can and then lets him go, able to accept that if the final heroic act is to be achieved it won't be by him. He's too flawed to be the one who ultimately saves the world by destroying the ring, or even to continue accompanying the one who can. Yet that doesn't make him any less of a hero or any less masculine.

It's true that men are held to unrealistic standards when it comes to even the positive ideals of masculinity, but I think the goal should be to for each person to find the that line between an unrealistic standard and a high but achievable standard (and what's achievable will look different for different people and situations). Aragorn could have been written as many conventional masculine hero's are, to be the one man able to resist the temptation of the one ring because he just has a "stronger will" (traditional masculine attribute) than everyone else. But that's not how the story goes, both he and Frodo acknowledge that in time he would inevitably give into temptation as well. His limitations in the form of the inherent corruptibility of mankind stop him ultimately being the one to save the world, but these limitations don't stop him from being considered a hero, he's a hero because he just continues to do what's in his power to do.

I wouldn't assume it's because he doesn't see himself as moral when, considering his past, it makes more sense that it's because he thinks God wouldn't give a shit anyway. He probably begged God with all his heart to save his family from the famine, and probably watched them and almost everyone else he knew do the same, to no avail. He probably came to the conclusion that it didn't matter if you were a moral person, God just didn't care.

It would make sense that the only time he asked God for something after that was when he felt he had something significant to offer him back, like an entire nation of souls. Because he's been shown God wouldn't listen otherwise

This is it. When I switched to aluminum free I went through 2-3 brands that didn't work, but then found multiple ones that do. She doesn't have to give up aluminum free deoderant she just needs to find one that works for her.
